Today is a special day 

I am volunteering and  helping  out with the primary choir at an elementary school nearby .

Just a Short post today – as I am super excited to sing with the little ones.!

They are going to teach me so much .

In ways that I have no clue in yet .

All Children are beautiful .

And have so much to teach us- “Grown Ups “

They have not learned cynicism yet

nor are they jaded – or scornful 

Children Just ARE.

I so Look forward to hearing and being with blossoming little hearts .

And of course singing .

    Kids are a blast – blurt out spontaneous comments that are sometimes more true than educated sage….and kids really do the funniest things! Enjoy – and relay your adventures

      THE MUSIC TEACHER HAS THE SAME KIND OF THINKING AS I DO ….. WHICH IS SOOOOOOOO NICE TO MEET PEOPLE THAT HAVE THE SAME ETHICS AND WAYS ………
      WE TALKED TONS AND TONS ABOUT EDUCATION ON THE WHOLE ……… AND MY VIEWS ARE PRETTY STRONG ABOUT TEACHING EMPATHY – EARLY ON …….
      HER VIEWS ARE THE SAME –
      WROTE THAT LITTLE ESSAY AT THE END OF 2011 ON EDUCATION AND SENT IT TO HER –
      SHE HAD BEEN LISTENING TO A PROGRAM ON CBC- WITH THE SAME MESSAGE ——— FROM THE SAME PSYCHOLOGIST AT UC BERKELEY – “SURVIVAL OF THE KINDEST” …….
      AS OPOSED TO DARWIN’S “SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST ”
      REALLY GOOD PROGRAM – LISTEN AND READ …… WILL SEND IT TO YOU NOW
